1967 Lambretta LI 150 Series 3 Classic time Like so many other scooterists Steve's passion started with another classic, Quadraphenia Brendon Steve's love of scooters started with the cult classic movie Quadraphenia and his first scoot was a Vespa Pk50 back in the good old UK. Now an Aussie Steve spied this example a few weeks ago, with the visual impact this Lambretta has it quickly found its way to its new home at Steve's place.
Steve & the scooter have a few things in common, both started life in Europe travelling around the world & eventually found their way to Australia. This story sounds like a love affair because it is. Fortunately Steve has an understanding partner who like the Lambretta is of Italian heritage and understands completely.
This Lambretta is immaculate, the deep black paintwork is complemented by lots of bright chrome. Owning a classic like this requires the patience & passion of an enthusiast which is great because that is exactly what Steve & his partner are.
