We probably have more experience with the Matrix than anyone in Australia, we raced one at last years Gold Coast Le Minz 24 hour Scooter Race. That scooter became the test bed for performance kits for the Matrix and has had 5 crashes (4 whilst on the track) and is still using its original and slightly scuffed panels. It has now covered over 8,000 km/h and we have yet to have to replace a broken part.
We also raced the Matrix in the 2007 Gold Coast Le Minz where it won its class (As you buy it no alterations or modifications) by a very very big margin.
Performance in restricted form is par for the course. It will reach its 50 km/h limit and thats it. De restrict the Matrix and it will run out to 65-70 fairly easily and will run out to a maximum of around 75km/h. The speedo like a lot of scooters is a little optimistic.
Ergonomics are good with all controls being in easy reach, the riding position is comfortable for those up to about 6'. Pricing for the Matrix is $2,490 +ORC
