Sunday 26th April 2009 Scooter Run Meet & cruise with other scooter riders, link up with Rider Survivor team & presentation of our rider training voucher. Our next Scooter ride is Sunday 26th April, we meet at the shop 8.30 am for a 9.00am departure. Doing a completely new ride this time & all scooters are welcome. We will also be presenting the $350 voucher from our rider training partner Australian Motorcycle Academy.
This is not an organised run, we are going for a ride & you are more than welcome to come along.
Update
The Qld government is having a "rider survivor" day on this particular Sunday. Rider Survivor is a partnership between Main Roads, Dept of Tansport, the Police plus Fire & rescue Service. The idea is riders can have an informal chat to the powers that be, great opportunity for Scooterists to go straight to those who are in the know & position to make recommendations to those who effect change.
